Situation of Hotels During Corona Virus(COVID-19)

- Nowadays many Hotels are used as Quarantine Centers for the Corona Patient.

- Their Food is being served outside of their room and they are not allowed to go outside of their room for Everyone’s Safety.
- Entrance to have mandatory Hand Hygiene (Sanitizer Dispenser) and thermal Screening provisions.

- Only Asymptotic Staff and Guests shall be allowed.

- All the Guests and Staff members to be allowed entry only if they are using Face Covers Masks. The Face Cover/ Masks has to be worn at all times in the Hotels.
- Adequate Staff is being called to hotels for work to ensure the Social Distancing Norms.

- Staff members are told to wear Gloves and take all the other required Precautionary Measures.
- Proper Crowd Management in the Hotels as well as in outside premises like Parking Lots-duly follows Social Distancing Norms. Large Gatherings/Congregations continue to remain prohibited.

- Valet Parking, if available shall be Operational with Operating Staff wearing Face Covers, Masks and Gloves as Appropriate. A proper disinfection of Steering, Door Handles and Keyset of the Vehicles are being taken up.
- Number of People in the Elevators shall be restricted duly maintaining Social Distancing Norms. Use of Elevators with one person on alternate steps may be encouraged.
- Details of the Guest (Travel History, Medical Condition etc). along with Id and self-declaration form mist be provided by the Guest at the Reception.
- Hotels must adopt contactless processes like QR code, Online Forms, digital payment like e- pay, Paytm etc for both check-in and check-out.
- Luggage should be disinfected before sending it to the Guest rooms.
- Guests who are at high risk i.e. elderly People, Pregnant Women or those who have underlying medical Conditions are advised to take extra precautions.
- Guest from the Containment Zone are advised not to visit the Hotels.

- Gaming Arcades/Children Play areas Gymnasium, Spa, Swimming Pool, Banquet Halls shall be remained closed as per the Govt. guidelines.
- Deep Cleaning of all washrooms shall be ensured at regular intervals.

- Rooms and other Services areas shall be sanitized each time a Guest Enters the Room and every time the Guest leaves.Deep Cleaning of all washrooms shall be ensured at regular intervals.
- Hotel will allow social party as per Government Laws and only restricted guests are allowed to attend the Party. Seating arrangements in restaurants also follow adequate social distancing norms.
- Many hotels and restaurants have started using disposable cutlery to their guests and there would be no buffet service according to the government norms.
