Eligible Travelers To Russia

•  Citizens of the Russian Federation;
•  Indian citizens – holders of all types of valid visas
•  As well as other categories of foreign citizens

Eligible Travelers To India

•  Indian Nationals OCI & POI Cardholders
•  All Foreign Nationals on work permit and Business visitor

Protocols For Travelling To Russia

•  Self declaration form to be filled at Airport at Exit
•  Passengers must complete an “Application Form” and present it upon arrival. The form can be obtained at click here
•  RT-PCR Test is mandatory should be taken 72hrs before Departure. QR CODE, date of birth must be included, along with seal and signature

Protocols For Travelling To India

•  RT-PCR Test mandatory 72 hr prior to departure
•  submit self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal and upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report.
•  Exemption form required only in case of exigency due to the death in the family, to be applied online at least 72 hours prior boarding
•  Registration Mandatory for OCI card Holder with Indian embassy

•  India – 14 Days HQ “Mandatory RT-PCR negative certificate” “7 Days paid IQ at Maharashtra Mandatory” (State wise rules differs)
